Two teenage girls are accused of participating in the abduction of another and then allegedly videotaped her preforming oral sex on one of their male friends.
The incident is alleged to have taken place in the Corporate Area in June 2022.
A prosecutor, in outlining the jaw-dropping allegations in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Tuesday, said three persons -- two females and a male -- between age 16 and 17, have been charged in the matter.
They face charges of abduction of child, production, distribution and possession of child pornography, and aiding and abetting and grievous sexual assault.
The age of the victim was not disclosed.
Meanwhile, the case, which has been before the court for a year, is not yet able to progress as there is a delay with the report from the Communication Forensic and Cybercrime Division (CFCD).
Prosecutors shared with Parish Judge Venise Blackstock-Murray that the case file is incomplete, as the experts' analysis from CFCD is not yet available.
"I spoke with the head of CFCD and he told me that the file has not yet been assigned," the prosecutor revealed. It was further shared with the court that the phone, which should be analysed by the experts, was received last December so the forensic report was not available.
Blackstock-Murray deemed the utterances of the prosecutor as "unfortunate" and "unacceptable", and reluctantly adjourned the matter.
The teens, who have not yet entered a plea, had their bails extended and are to return to court on November 13, when the matter is set for mention.
