Dhenesia Bogle, the woman whose house served as a safe haven for one of the men who escaped from the Black River police lock-up, has been charged with harbouring a fugitive.
The police recaptured 32-year-old Horace Stewart on Thursday, October 19. He, alongside eight other men, escaped from lock-up in June.
He was found in the home of his child's mother in St Catherine by cops on an intelligence-lead operation.
When inquiries were made of his presence, he showed the police a birth certificate and other documents with different name. They were both arrested and subsequently charged following.
