Two individuals have admitted their involvement in a recent goat theft case at a Creekside farm, leading to a court order for restitution to the affected farmer.
Keba Chiddick faced charges related to stealing two goats valued at $900 each, while Alec Francis was accused of receiving one of the stolen goats.
The court has ordered both men to reimburse the farmer $1,500 each.
The incident occurred on September 25, with security camera footage helping identify the culprits.
While one stolen goat was recovered, the farmer hopes that those yet to be caught will be held accountable.
Both defendants must pay their restitution by mid-October.
