Katie Price has become synonymous with plastic surgery since starting out in 1996 as page three star Jordan.

The former glamour model turned reality TV star and entrepreneur has never shied away from openly discussing the work she's had done since she emerged as a fresh-faced pin-up.

She recently underwent her latest transformation in Turkey including 'fox eye' surgery, full body liposuction and fat injected into her bum.

And Katie, who has had 12 boob jobs, isn't the only celeb to look almost unrecognisable from when they first shot to fame.

Katie looks so different from her early days as Jordan

Here are some of the other famous faces and TV favourites who look completely different since they came on the scene.

Michelle Keegan

Michelle as Tina McIntyre

Michelle has undergone a remarkable glamformation since she arrived on the Corrie cobbles as gobby Tina McIntyre in 2008.

Long gone are the giant hoop earrings, Ugg boots and jeans so favoured by her feisty character.

Our Michelle is now a bonafide glamorpuss with her own fashion collections for Very.

She caused fans to do a double take when she shared one snap of herself pouting in a black leather-look corset and they mistook her for former The Real Housewives of Cheshire star Nermina Pieters-Mekic.

"Look how different she looks," said one follower about Stockport actress Michelle, who now plays Erin in the Sky One comedy drama Brassic.

Catherine Tyldesley

Catherine used to be a size 22

Last year former Coronation Street actress Cath shared a throwback photo of the time she was a size 22.

Fitness fanatic Cath, who played Eva Price in Corrie, changed her lifestyle and lost weight before landing the role of Eva in 2011.

She kept the photo of herself at her heaviest on her phone to remind her of her transformation over the years.

The 36-year-old actress from Walkden dug the snap out as motivation before heading to the gym.

"Gym bound .... find your motivation. Stick to it," she told her followers.

She previously tackled the issue of dieting on the ITV current affairs programme Tonight and investigated the pressure to have a ‘perfect’ body while separating dieting facts from the myths.

Lisa Riley

Lisa as Mandy in 2000

Last year the Emmerdale favourite from Bury celebrated five years sober and has told how ditching booze has improved her life.

The Mandy Dingle actress told in a frank Instagram post: "CELEBRATION. Wow FIVE years ago today I drank my last drop of alcohol.

"I wouldn’t change it for ANYTHING, my life is so much clearer, happier, gained more glow, laugh so much harder, having the life I always dreamt of, no fake friendships, needing that someone who NEVER knows when to go home, not cringing when I open my eyes (have I argued with anyone) not remembering, that’s the WORST, maybe, well not actually maybe, CERTAINLY."

Lisa has given up booze

The soap star, who was a semi-finalist on Strictly Come Dancing in 2012, began losing weight in 2015 and plunged from a size 28 to a size 12, losing 12 stone in 18 months.

Earlier this year she was showered with compliments as she showed off her glam look away from Emmerdale, a far cry from her brassy TV persona.

Fans rushed to pick up some makeup tips from the star and she revealed that she favours a designer lippy.

Jack P Shepherd

Jack as David Platt

In 2019 Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd told how he had a hair transplant after stress made his hair fall out.

The Corrie favourite who has played David Platt since 2000, had more than 3,000 hairs implanted into the front of his scalp after noticing dramatic hair loss due to off-screen pressures and insomnia over the past year.

Jack had a hair transplant

The soap star, who had been losing his hair for the past decade, said about the transplant: ''It is such a common thing for guys to have now - like a male version of the boob job.

''I decided to have it done because my hair loss has really escalated in the last year, particularly at the front of my scalp.

''I remember seeing myself on screen and thinking 'oh my god, it is really falling out.'"

He had the same follicular unit extraction procedure as stars including Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney and Calum Best, the son of Old Trafford icon George Best.

Jack, who has played hair stylist David since he was 12, said that being in the public eye since childhood had probably aged him prematurely.

He said: ''I have been working around adults since I was 10. So I have always felt really old - like I was about 80.

''I would not say that I was vain, but I just want to be able to do what I want with my hair.''

Alan Halsall

Alan in his early Corrie years as Tyrone

In 2019 Alan, who plays Corrie heartbreaker Tyrone Dobbs, underwent a second hair transplant operation, saying the procedure was "nothing to be ashamed of."

He underwent the operation in March at the Farjo Hair Institute in Manchester.

Sharing a photo of Alan's treatment on their Instagram page, the Farjo clinic said they were thrilled to 'help Alan get his confidence back.'

Alan's hunky makeover also came with trips to the gym and fans noticed his buffer bod as well as a thicker head of hair.

He's credited hiking, gym sessions and healthy eating with getting him into shape.

Hot yoga sessions have also kept golf fan Alan flexible and his girlfriend Tisha Merry is also a fan.

Helen Flanagan

Helen's character went through a goth phase

The Bury actress has transformed from Corrie child star to multi-tasking mother-of-three.

Helen, who has played Rosie Webster in the soap since she was nine, has won an army of fans with her down-to-earth social media posts sharing her journey as a mum.

Helen, who went on maternity leave from the show with middle child Delilah who recently turned three, has been applauded for openly posting about breastfeeding.

In 2019 she opened up about having Botox - used to temporarily paralyse the muscles - in her face and armpits after feeling 'super tired' and wanting to feel 'more glamorous' after the birth of her second child.

Helen looked glowing as she went without makeup this week

"I felt super tired from having Delilah and I wanted to feel fresher and more confident in myself," she explained to her followers on Instagram.

"I nursed Delilah for 13 months so had to wait until I finished for Botox and wanted to feel more glamorous and have myself back a bit."

This week the glam star, who promises 'no retouching on my images' on her social media to be a good role model to her two daughters, looked glorious in makeup-free snaps as she explained that she was effected by hayfever.

Always got bald eyeballs in the summer," she wrote with a laughing emoji.

Rupert Hill

Rupert as Jamie Baldwin

Former Coronation Street star Rupert is looking more Summer Bay than Weatherfield these days with a Home and Away-style surfer look.

Rupert showed off his beachy blonde locks on Instagram with the words: "I’m calling this my 'Home & Away' phase!

"I’m literally covering up grey hairs with blonde. Does anyone know when the midlife crisis ends?"

Rupert now sports a beachy blonde look

Rupert has been busy breathing new life into traditional old pubs across Manchester after playing Jamie Baldwin in the soap.

The pub owner lives in Chorlton with his wife and former co-star Jenny Platt who played Violet Wilson in Coronation Street.

The couple have two daughters and Rupert juggles his passion for pubs with his acting and directing career with the Manchester Independent Collective.

His pub empire started 12 years ago when Rupert and his friend Jonny Booth teamed up to take on The Castle in the Northern Quarter which has become renowned for live music.

Rupert was cast as Jamie, the son of Danny Baldwin played by The Chase host Bradley Walsh, in 2004.

He played Jamie, who had a controversial affair with his stepmum Frankie, for three years.

The character fled to London to start a new life with barmaid Violet after she had her gay best friend Sean Tully's baby Dylan.
