Paul Scholes admits he's had "better weekends" after a video of him chewing his daughter's toenails went viral.
Footage emerged of the Manchester United legend with his daughter Alicia's toe in his mouth on Sunday.
The 20-year-old shared a video on her Instagram Stories yesterday, writing: "True love," as it appeared Scholes was biting her toenails.
Social media has gone into overdrive since the clip surfaced as the 'disgusting' footage was slammed.
It went from bad to worse for Scholes, however, as Man United would get thrashed 5-0 by Liverpool shortly after at Old Trafford.
And the ex-England midfielder broke his silence on the incident after he was sent abuse on Instagram.

Scholes warned that Liverpool would have their way with Man United if they played the way they did against Atalanta midweek, despite the fact they made a 3-2 comeback.
And that came to fruition on Sunday as Mohamed Salah's sublime hat-trick sealed a dominant victory for the Reds.
And Scholes insists the Norwegian got his tactics all wrong and hit out at Paul Pogba for getting sent off when he was only on the pitch for 15 minutes.
Speaking to Premier League Productions, he said: "To say a disappointing day would be a complete understatement.
"I think we all realise it's been difficult, I just think the manager got caught up in the emotion of the comeback [against Atalanta in the Champions League] on Wednesday night.
"We keep going back to that game but you were never going to do that against Liverpool, they have too much quality.
"I don't think it was a lack of effort. I think tactically they were set up in a way where this could happen and unfortunately it did happen.
"Paul Pogba coming on to the pitch at half-time to try and help the team and maybe get a little respectability about it, tries to stand on the ball, tries to show how strong he is in the middle of the pitch [...] gives the goal away.
"Then later on, gets sent off with a ridiculous tackle. Now you're 5-0 down with 10 men. You'd have to think, if Ole's still a manager there, will we see Pogba again in a United shirt?
"He's caused mayhem over the last couple of years.
"He's had numerous chances, he keeps saying he lacks consistency, but that is just [a lack of] discipline and disrespect for your manager and your team-mates, what he's done today."Read More Read More
