Football WAG Helen Flanagan has revealed she wants to undergo laser tattoo removal on her arm in bid to wear her dream wedding dress.

The former Coronation Street actress, 30, is engaged to ex-Celtic footballer Scott Sinclair - and the pair are hoping to tie the knot in a lavish ceremony in 2023.

But the mum-of-three, who recently gave birth to her first son, wants to get rid of the portrait of Marilyn Monroe she got inked on her forearm back in 2012.

She sought advice from fans on Instagram on where to get it removed and said she 'didn't like' the ink when trying on wedding dresses for the big day.

Taking to her Instagram stories with a selfie partially showing the tattoo, she wrote: "I would love some recommendations on tattoo removal.

"I don't like the tattoo on my arm when trying on wedding dresses."

Helen has several inks, including Scott’s name on her inner thigh.

The actress has previously discussed getting the tattoo removed in 2017 as she posted on Instagram: 'Does anyone know of an amazing make up that covers up tattoos?

In an interview with the Daily Record back in 2013, the actress revealed her family weren't the biggest fans of her inks - and said her mum 'cried for a week'.

She said: "My parents are really conservative – they were like, ‘Oh my God, you’ve had a tattoo’? My mum cried for a week."

Helen gave birth to her third child son Charlie back in March and is already mum to daughters Matilda and Delilah.

The star recently opened up about her wedding plans and hopes to have a star-studded wedding guest list with former Coronation Street co-stars.

She told OK! the pair hope to the tie the knot in Italy but will wait until things are a “bit safer”.

It comes after Helen hinted she might have more kids just months after insisting her third, who was born on her fiance’s birthday, would be the last.

The actress suffered badly from hyperemesis gravidarum – severe morning sickness – when she was expecting her son during lockdown.

The condition left her bed-bound and she was in and out of hospital for months.
