VIENTIANE, Sept. 6 (Xinhua) -- China bagged two gold medals at the 26th Asian Junior and Cadet Table Tennis Championships (AJCC) individual events as the tournament ended in Laos' capital Vientiane on Tuesday.
China won two gold medals in Junior Boys' Singles and Junior Girls' Singles on Tuesday, having previously collected three golds in the Junior Boys, Junior Girls and Cadet Boys.
Japan was also a big winner, taking four golds from Junior Boys' Doubles, Junior Girls' Doubles, Cadet Boys' Singles and Cadet Girls' Team.
The 26th Asian Junior and Cadet Championships was held from September 1 to 6 in Vientiane.
The tournament, with competitions among cadets (aged under 15 years) and juniors (aged under 19 years), include team, singles, doubles and mixed doubles events.
