There have been clashes in the streets outside Tynecastle ahead of tonights Hearts v Celtic game.
In a video posted on social media groups, believed to be football fans, are seen congregating in the streets outside the stadium in Edinburgh and chasing each other.
A number of police officers stepped in and one person was wrestled to the ground.
Both groups run down McLeod Street and on to the A71 - both streets surround Tynecastle.
In the video, a substantial police presence attempts to disperse the crowd and end up chasing some down the road.
The incident took place at around 6pm.
The disturbance comes as Celtic and Hearts kick off their SPFL season at 8pm, with a crowd of more than 5,000 allowed into the game.
Only Hearts fans could buy tickets to the game due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions in the country.
Police Scotland were contacted for comment.
